4. Orders & Service Confirmation

5. Pricing & Payment

We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Ensure safe access to the service location.

Make chairs available for inspection and servicing.

Remove confidential or personal belongings from chairs before service.

Cooperate with our technicians during inspections and repairs.
8. Replacement Parts
Replacement components supplied by UpSeat™ may include:

Compatible high-quality replacement parts

Equivalent components meeting our quality standards
The choice of replacement part depends on availability and customer approval.
9. Warranty
Warranty is provided only on eligible services and replacement parts, as detailed in our Warranty Policy.

10. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC services are governed by the specific AMC Agreement signed between UpSeat™ and the customer.
