This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage applicable to services and replacement parts supplied by UpSeat.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>1. Warranty Coverage<\/h1>\n<p>Warranty is applicable only for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Replacement components supplied by UpSeat\u2122<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Repair workmanship performed by UpSeat\u2122 technicians<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Refurbishment services completed by UpSeat\u2122<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Services specifically mentioned in the quotation or invoice<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Warranty becomes effective from the date of service completion or invoice date, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>2. What Is Covered<\/h1>\n<p>The warranty covers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Manufacturing defects in replacement components supplied by UpSeat\u2122<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Installation defects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Repair workmanship issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Functional failure of covered replacement parts under normal office usage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where applicable, UpSeat\u2122 will repair or replace the defective component at its discretion.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>4. What Is Not Covered<\/h1>\n<p>Warranty does <strong>not<\/strong> cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Normal wear and tear<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fabric fading or discoloration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cosmetic scratches or minor marks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Overloading beyond manufacturer specifications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Water damage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fire, flood, theft, accidents, or natural disasters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Damage caused during transportation by third parties<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Customer-supplied spare parts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deep cleaning results after the service has been completed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Damage caused by improper storage or handling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>5. Warranty Claims<\/h1>\n<p>To request warranty service, customers should provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Original Invoice<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Service Invoice Number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Photographs or videos of the issue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Description of the problem<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our support team may schedule an inspection before approving any warranty claim.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>6. Inspection<\/h1>\n<p>UpSeat\u2122 reserves the right to inspect the product before approving:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Repair<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Replacement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Warranty rejection<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inspection may be conducted either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>At the customer&#8217;s location<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>At our workshop<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Through photographs or videos when appropriate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>7. Warranty Resolution<\/h1>\n<p>If the warranty claim is approved, UpSeat\u2122 may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Repair the defective component<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Replace the defective component with an equivalent product<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Re-perform the service where applicable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The chosen remedy shall be at the sole discretion of UpSeat\u2122.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>8. Non-Transferable Warranty<\/h1>\n<p>Warranty is valid only for the original customer or organization mentioned on the invoice and cannot be transferred to another individual or business.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>9. Limitation of Liability<\/h1>\n<p>UpSeat\u2122 shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Loss of business<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Loss of profits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Loss of productivity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Indirect or consequential damages<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any damages exceeding the original service value paid by the customer<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>10. AMC Customers<\/h1>\n<p>Customers covered under an active Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) shall receive warranty and service support according to the terms specified in their respective AMC Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Where an AMC Agreement conflicts with this Warranty Policy, the AMC Agreement shall prevail.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>11. Changes to this Warranty Policy<\/h1>\n<p>UpSeat\u2122 reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time.
